Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on business intelligence, analytics, or operational decision-making.
Proficient in Python, with strong experience in Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-Learn, and data visualization tools.
Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, Big Query, or similar).
Strong grasp of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modelling.
Ability to build a function from scratch and drive data-driven innovation.
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience or strong willingness to recruit and manage a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement business intelligence models to enhance decision-making across the organization.
Use Python and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover insights, and optimize business performance.
Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure to support real-time analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data-driven insights into core business functions.
Define best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of data scientists and analysts.
Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
