Position: Data Quality Associate (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Description

Join our team and you will support the growth of our business by managing a range of data management related activities. You will be responsible for managing ongoing day to day tasks, working with key stakeholders to drive business impact through the lead management activities.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Quality Administrator to support a key data project on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This role will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining the integrity of company data in our Salesforce CRM, as part of a targeted data quality and enrichment initiative.

The successful candidate will be working closely with teams across the business to ensure the project is delivered accurately and efficiently, with a focus on data cleansing, relationship mapping, and accuracy improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Support a time-sensitive project focused on improving data quality within Salesforce CRM.

Identify and map relationships between companies, including subsidiaries and linked entities.

Cleanse, update, and enrich company records using both internal tools and external data sources.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and support business needs.

Ensure all updates to Salesforce are thorough, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.

Adhere to data protection and compliance standards, including GDPR, throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Prior experience working with any large computer system, particularly Salesforce CRM would be preferred.

Strong understanding of data quality principles, including cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.

Ability to analyse company structures and identify business relationships.

MS Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders.
