MSA Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases and systems from Various sources
Maintain and update records, ensuring the latest information is available
Verify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality and integrity
Generate reports and summaries as required
Organize regular backups and archiving of data as required
Respond to data inquiries and provide timely assistance to the team
Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data handling
Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar data management role
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
Ability to handle large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of database management systems is a plus
