Job Summary:
We are looking for a fully onsite, full-time Data Entry Clerk at our Minneapolis office. Day-to-day duties include entering customer and account data, working within Excel, utilizing quick typing skills, and being able to maintain confidentiality.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Answers customers’ telephone calls with simple questions regarding address changes, account verification, etc.
- Other entry level administrative tasks
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Confidentiality
- Fully on-site at Minneapolis office
Skills:
- Excel
- Phone customer service
- Quick and accurate typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer savvy
