Responsibilities
Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity.
Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans.
Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s).
Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems.
Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
Comply with security and data management policies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in South Africa (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
