Data Analyst – E-commerce & Retail
We are a leading retail company specializing in the manufacturing and sale of high-quality beds, bedframes, pillows, pillowcases, and other sleep-related products. Our mission is to provide customers with the ultimate sleep experience through innovative and comfortable products. We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to manage commission reports and support our e-commerce sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
Commission & Sales Data Management:
Manage and analyze commission reports for resellers, sales representatives, and vendors across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and other online marketplaces.
Ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and reconciliation of commissions and payouts.
Identify discrepancies and resolve commission-related issues in a timely manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze sales and financial data from various sources.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, revenue trends, and reseller/vendor contributions.
Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize e-commerce sales strategies.
Financial & Operational Support:
Assist in financial reporting and forecasting to support business decision-making.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper financial tracking and reconciliation.
Support pricing analysis and margin optimization efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience in e-commerce, preferably working with platforms like Amazon, Best Buy, and Target.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with financial reporting, commission structures, and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
