Job Overview
The Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist is responsible for overseeing critical reporting functions, managing team deliverables, and driving operational efficiency through data insights. This role will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of key business reports, including stock, revenue, and adhoc performance analytics, while leading a team of coordinators toward strategic and executional goals.
Compile and analyze stock and revenue reports to support strategic decision-making
Oversee staff performance and ensure alignment with operational targets
Manage team deadlines, resource planning, and delivery schedules
Act as team leader for coordinators, providing direction, coaching, and support
Handle adhoc reporting requests and offer general assistance to departments as needed
Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards for operational and financial reporting
Develop and present Power BI dashboards, ensuring actionable insights for key stakeholders
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years in operations, reporting, or team leadership roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Solid working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
Experience with reporting automation and data structuring techniques
MS Power Apps knowledge (Automate, BI, Copilot etc)

Pay: R15Â 000,00 – R18Â 000,00 per month
