About the role
The Data Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data systems that surface insights across Convo’s five-country ecosystem. This role ensures reporting clarity, AI readiness, and narrative-driven insights that support product development, leadership decision-making, and global strategy. With a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, the analyst plays a key role in shaping a data culture grounded in accessibility, impact, and continuous learning.
What you’ll do
Data Strategy & Design
Develop and maintain clear, concise, and actionable dashboards and reporting tools for product and leadership teams.
Structure and streamline data pipelines to enable timely analysis and strategic insight across all regions.
Insight & Storytelling
Translate complex data into intuitive, visual narratives that drive understanding, reflection, and informed decision-making.
Ensure reports do more than inform — they guide action, from go-to-market planning and feature prioritisation to performance reviews.
AI & Prompt Readiness
Structure Convo’s data environment for seamless integration with prompt-based AI tools, enabling logic-rich, structured, and intent-driven interactions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to test and refine data outputs for conversational and analytical utility.
Global & Local Alignment
Provide consistent, comparable insights across Australia, Canada, South Africa, the UK, and the US, while accommodating localised data needs.
Contribute to the development of unified metrics and shared frameworks that enable cross-country benchmarking and coordinated action.
Culture & Collaboration
Champion a culture of incremental testing — valuing small experiments, fast feedback, and shared learning.
Contribute actively to a data science team that prioritises clarity, accessibility, and collective growth.
