The
Key Purpose
of this role is to transform complex data into actionable consumer insights that drive our digital strategy, audience segmentation, and marketing performance
optimization
. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
including brand, media, data engineering and data science to analyse data, develop targeting strategies, and continuously improve the impact of our digital initiatives.
Key
Roles and Responsibilities :
Conducting in-depth consumer data research, leveraging both 1st and 2nd party data sources
Developing audience prospecting and segmentation strategies
Providing data-driven media buying recommendations
Designing and supporting A/B and hypothesis testing plans
Assisting with pre-launch campaign optimization and acquisition strategy
Contributing to data enrichment and event tracking initiatives
Validating data quality and supporting accurate attribution
Writing SQL queries to access and transform data across various sources
Partnering with Data Engineers to maintain clean, reliable, and scalable datasets
Recommending creative asset lifecycle strategies based on performance data
Developing 1st party data usage strategies
Producing insightful reports and delivering marketing performance analysis

Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field required
3 + years data management / data and analysis / media experience – key being the ability to clean, interpret and visualize data for storytelling
Proficiency in SQL is required for querying, extracting, and manipulating data across large datasets
Experience using Reporting Tools such as Power BI/ Data Studio / Looker or Tableau experience
