Position: DALRRD SENIOR STORE CLERK TWO
Responsibilities
Inventory management.
Receiving orders from suppliers.
Packing store items properly on shelves.
Distribution of orders to end-users/business units.
Issuing store items to end-users/business units.
Creation of purchase requisitions for store replenishment.
Conduct monthly inventory counts.
Ensure inventory discrepancies are justified and recorded for audit purposes.
Processing invoices received from suppliers/service providers.
Follow up on outstanding purchase orders/invoices with suppliers.
Receive deliveries and distribute orders.
Attend monthly account meetings.
Maintain a proper record management system.
Address all queries related to warehouse management.
