D365 Logistics Functional Consultant Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at FACT
We are seeking experienced and motivated D365 Logistics Functional Consultants to join an exciting project with our client, supporting Coca-Cola ‘s advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Logistics and Warehousing environment.
As a consultant, you will work within a dynamic team to support highly customized D365 implementations, ensuring system efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert-level support for highly customized implementations of D365 Logistics and Warehousing solutions.
Collaborate with Accenture teams and Coca-Cola’s business stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring alignment with defined service level agreements.
Transfer business process knowledge effectively to Accenture’s internal team members.
Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements.
Review and assess current business processes, offering optimization recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and system quality.
Analyze major incidents to identify root causes, proposing and supporting the implementation of process and system improvements.
Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing activities.
Plan and manage project deliverables and timelines, including impact assessments for changes, effort estimation, and milestone tracking.
Draft functional specifications and communicate them effectively to technical development teams.
Maintain and configure the global configuration master template, ensuring updates are in line with business needs and as requested by Accenture.
Perform any related tasks or duties aligned with the consultant’s skill set as requested by Accenture.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Logistics and Warehousing .
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
Proven experience in working with large, global implementations.
Ability to engage with stakeholders across different functions.
Experience in writing functional specifications and working with development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
