This role is to support customers on healthcare programmes and ensure smooth running of all the required background services and communications.
Responsibilities
Support our growing customer support team
Placing customer orders and assisting customers to place their own orders
Managing communication with health care teams
Managing the administration of our appÂ
Supporting onboarding and administration of our servicesÂ
Providing cover to other members of the programme support team as neededÂ
Manage the administration of compliance systems and processesÂ
Skills and Qualifications
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable with digital technology and excellent computer skills: as a predominantly digital company you will be required to assist customers with app queries and be able to log information on various platformsÂ
Competent in Google Workspace or MS Office
Excellent communication, spoken and written: fluent in English and able to articulate easily via variety of mediums (emails, SMS, phone call)
Active listening: able to listen and understand, make the customer feel heard and ask relevant questions
Problem solving: able to identify problems and work through logically to come up with a solution.
Good time management: be organised and able to manage your time efficiently
Be able to work as part of a team
