Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and goals.

Act as a product and process improvement expert, focused on leveraging Motion Metrics offerings and industry knowledge into success for our customers.

Create and actively manage success plans focused on actions, processes, resources, and touchpoints necessary to deliver quantifiable outcomes.

Curate customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and business expansion opportunities.

Travel to client sites when required.

Job Knowledge/Education and

Qualifications:

Mining operational experience inside the mine-to-mill chain, including but not limited to drill & blast, load & haul, and fixed plant operations.

Post-secondary education in mining, business, engineering, technology, or equivalent.

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or customer support.

Fluency in English. Other African languages are beneficial.
