About the role:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Representatives to join our team. This is a remote role based in South Africa, working in alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment, assisting with various customer-related tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.

Scheduling and Support:
Manage customer appointments, including scheduling and coordinating with the parts department for timely service.

Sales Support:
Assist customers with upselling and following up on estimates to help maximize revenue opportunities.

Service Titan Usage:
Use Service Titan software to manage calls, track customer data, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions.

Permit and Documentation:
Process necessary permits and support documentation as required by the company.

High-Pressure Environment:
Perform efficiently under pressure during peak AC season (May – October), while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Collaboration:

Work alongside other team members, including management, to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-pressure environment.

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools (such as Service Titan, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).

Sales Abilities:
Ability to upsell and follow up on estimates; basic sales skills are a plus.

Personality:
Motivated, outgoing, and able to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.

Multitasking:
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.

Remote Work:
Must be able to work remotely from South Africa while aligning with EST business hours.

Preferred Skills:

Experience:

Familiarity with the AC industry or similar technical fields.

Language:
English

Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with software tools used for customer service or call management.
