Your Role:
As our Project Manager / Client Support, you’ll be the cornerstone of our pre-construction and back-office operations. You’ll handle everything from client communication to project tracking—ensuring our clients feel supported, informed, and excited every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Client Communication & Support
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear, friendly support.
Guide clients through our building process via Zoom calls—reviewing floorplans, specs, contracts, and payments.
Be proactive in notifying and updating clients at every project stage.
Address client concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Project Management
Manage digital and physical records (contracts, plans, correspondence).
Ensure timely coordination of meetings and appointments.
Track project milestones, collaborating closely with construction partners.
Ensure regulatory compliance on all projects (except permits).
Sales & Documentation Support
Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and estimates.
Organize and store all project documentation efficiently.
Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyze client feedback for ongoing process enhancements.
Who You Are:
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
A confident communicator
Comfortable and enthusiastic about leading Zoom discussions on design and project details
Knowledgeable about construction processes, terminology, and project flow
Eager to learn, energetic, and proactive
Tech-savvy and hands-on with digital tools
Available to work 4–8 hours per day
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous experience in construction project management or client support
Familiarity with US construction regulations and documentation
