Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding and successful implementation of new clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance. Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Conduct regular client reviews and ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes. Identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team. Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to internal teams to support continuous product and service improvement. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
