Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. You will be the trusted advisor, working to understand clients’ needs and helping them achieve their goals through effective product utilization, training, and continuous support.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Onboard new customers and guide them through the adoption phase of the product.

Act as the customer’s primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services that align with the customer’s needs.

Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve any potential challenges.

Provide product training and support to ensure customer success.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure customer feedback is heard and addressed.

Monitor customer health scores and work to improve customer retention and reduce churn.

Track and report on customer feedback, usage patterns, and success metrics.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer needs.

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and work across different time zones.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other customer success platforms.

Comfortable working in the EST time zone and available for client meetings during business hours.
