Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be integral to the seller experience, ensuring each transaction flows smoothly from contract signing through to listing. Acting as the liaison between our acquisitions and dispositions teams, you’ll ensure sellers receive timely, clear communication and feel supported throughout the process. You’ll assist with everything from document collection to coordinating photos, and be a reassuring presence who helps sellers remain confident and well-informed.

Key Responsibilities:
First Interaction:
Reach out to the seller after contract signing via phone, email, or text to introduce yourself and reinforce expectations.Gather essential information on title status, mortgage details, and more.
Listing Preparation:
Oversee property photography and ensure all necessary documents (disclosures, AIF) are submitted.Organize clean-outs or repairs as necessary, and verify that everything is ready before listing the property.Guide sellers through the listing process to ensure their understanding and comfort.
Ongoing Communication:
Serve as the go-to contact for sellers throughout the process, addressing any concerns that may arise.Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator for timely updates, and ensure smooth transitions to the Dispositions team.Encourage positive reviews and feedback from satisfied sellers.
The Right Fit:
Experience: 2+ years in customer service, real estate, or transaction management
Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage seller emotions
Comfortable using CRM tools and other digital platforms
Performance Indicators:
Time to first contact
Satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS)
Rate of listing readiness
Successful handoffs without missing information
