Full Job Description

Blue Robot is looking for a dynamic tech oriented team member to join its growing world-class Customer Success team who manage all experience activations and reporting for clients from our Johannesburg offices. The position requires daily communication with our agencies and brand clients. You will be comprehensively trained on Blue Robot’s product set.

Blue Robot has developed a technology that allows brands to interact automatically with audiences across Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest, and . Blue Robot shortens the path between creative ideas and execution, leveraging the complete functionality offered by various public and private API’s.

A typical day consists of:

Educating brands & agencies on Blue Robot’s offering by visiting agencies on a weekly basis

Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring experience execution is optimal

Using generative AI for basic copy & content creation

Reporting on experience activity

Requirements
