We are hiring a Customer Success Associate, a smart and ambitious graduate to join our Customer Success team and help our institutional clients get more value from Allocator every quarter. You will start close to the data, owning the relationships with the fund managers who supply it and using AI tools daily to work faster and smarter, then grow into broader client work as automation takes on the manual side. What you will own:
- A portfolio of fund manager relationships end to end, making sure their data reaches us complete, on time, and accurate
- Onboarding of new managers and funds, from first call through their first reporting cycle
- The quality and coverage of your data, using exception reports to find and fix problems before clients do
- Escalations when reporting breaks down, owning the conversation through to resolution
- A real part in automating the work, using AI to cut out manual steps and steering what Product builds next
- Regular exposure to the world's leading investment teams, our clients, and the fund managers behind many of the top funds in the market
What you will bring:
- A strong academic record and a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- A genuine curiosity about investment markets and data. You do not need to be an expert, but you should know the basics
- Comfort with technology and real enthusiasm for AI. You will use AI assistants and automations as everyday tools to work faster and smarter
- A personable, presentable, and articulate style that lands well with clients and fund managers
- Initiative, organisation, and the discipline to juggle a lot without dropping the detail
