Our client, a well-established ICT and telecommunications solutions provider, is looking for a Customer Success and Relationship Liaison to join their Johannesburg North team. This is a business built on long-term relationships – both with their customers and their people. You'll be joining a supportive, family-orientated environment where everyone pulls together and shares in the success of the business.
This is more than a customer service role. You'll be the face of the company for every client from day one – conducting welcome calls, managing contracts, coordinating escalations and handling cancellations with empathy and professionalism, all while working closely with Sales, Operations and Technical teams.
POSITION INFO:
What You'll Bring 2-3 years' experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management or Account Management within the ICT, ISP or Telecoms industry (a must) Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills Strong administration and organisational skills, with CRM experience A genuine, warm, people-first personality Calm, solutions-focused energy, even under pressure Who Will Thrive Here This role suits someone with real staying power – a hard worker with excellent work ethic who wants to build a long-term career, not just fill a seat.
