Orlando Sales Partners is looking for an outgoing and motivated Customer Solutions Associate – AT&T to join our growing team.

As a Customer Solutions Associate, you’ll work face-to-face with business customers, learn what they need from their communication services, and introduce them to AT&T solutions that fit their business.
No telecom experience? That’s okay. We provide training on AT&T services, customer conversations, account enrollment, and the sales process.
As A Customer Solutions Associate, you will:
- Meet and connect with prospective and existing business customers
- Ask questions to understand their communication and service needs
- Introduce customers to available AT&T products, services, plans, and promotions
- Recommend solutions that make sense for each customer
- Assist customers with new account enrollment and service setup
- Answer questions and make the customer experience simple and comfortable
- Build positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Keep accurate records of customer and account activity
- Work toward individual and Customer Solutions Associate team sales goals
- Continue developing your communication, sales, and customer service skills
