Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (English). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience, filter cahnge.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing a positive customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the water purification industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CRM experience is PLUS
Compensation
- This is a $800 USD per month
- Plus opportunities to gain average of $300 USD per month in bonus
