Duties

- Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining spreadsheets, and organizing files to support daily operations.
- Support client communication efforts by proofreading correspondence, preparing Word documents, and ensuring clear messaging.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills by managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing urgent issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
