We are now hiring full-time Customer Service Representative in Pasco, WA. Our CSRs are the liaisons for assigned clientele at our Pasco, WA distribution center. You will utilize Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to assist in servicing our clients, which involves receiving, shipping, inventory control and transportation. Essential Job Functions:
- Primary point of contact for customers
- Day Shift, Monday through Friday, no major holidays
- Office position, phone, computer systems and customer interaction
- Processing warehouse receipts and Bills of Lading
- Technology: utilize WMS system, M-365 Office Suite
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely communication
- Attention to detail – accuracy, timing and communication
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s degree, a plus. Two (2) years’ experience may be substituted for education
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Data input accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 1 hour lunch break.
