About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or CX roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international voice or non-voice support
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
