About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or CX roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international voice or non-voice support
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
