As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of customer interaction, helping people find the right mobile devices and services to fit their needs with AT+T It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow their skills in retail and wireless sales.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the store and help identify what they’re looking for (new devices, upgrades, accessories, or plans)
- Walk customers through different phone options, highlighting features, pricing, and current deals in an easy-to-understand way
- Support customers with setting up their devices, including activation and basic data transfer
- Suggest add-ons like cases, chargers, and screen protection based on individual needs
- Check in with customers when appropriate to ensure a positive experience and build long-term relationships
- Keep up with new products, services, and promotions through training and team updates
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales targets and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn about mobile technology and confidently explain it to others
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Dependable and able to handle a busy work environment
Pay & Perks:
- Weekly pay, hourly base starting out at $15-$18/hr + commissions
