We are growing our team in the Minneapolis area and looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to support our expanding AT&T campaign.
As more customers look for reliable, high-speed internet services, we’re seeking a Customer Service Associate who enjoys working with businesses and creating positive customer experiences. The Customer Service Associate position is a full-time, in-person position where you’ll interact directly with business customers, introduce AT&T internet services, answer questions, and help business customers find solutions that fit their needs.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with business customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Introduce AT&T internet services, plans, pricing, and current promotions
- Explain internet speeds, installation, equipment, and available account options
- Help business customers compare available internet solutions based on their needs
- Assist with new business customer enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
- Answer questions about services, billing, promotions, and account features
- Maintain accurate business customer records and daily activity
- Build strong business customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Support customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and daily performance goals
Customer Service Associate Qualifications
- Enjoys talking with people and providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
- Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Interested in customer service, telecommunications, sales, or account management
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Prior Customer Service Associate experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to build valuable customer service and communication skills while working with AT&T products and services. Eligible Customer Service Associates can also take advantage of bonus opportunities based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,050.00 – $1,500.00 per week
