We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing accurate and timely information about our services. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and customer account management.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience or a background in a related field, such as sales or hospitality. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone and email to provide information about our services and address any inquiries or concerns

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and customer account management

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and pricing to provide accurate information to customers

Continuously identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and make recommendations to the team

Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and setting up appointments

Uphold company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required
