Role Description

The Customer Service Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Cape Town. Responsibilities include addressing e-Commerce customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role involves acting as an advocate for customers while maintaining a professional and efficient communication style.

Our client is US based and the role requires US-Shift work.

We support a number of different brands under one umbrella – you need to come prepared to be challenged and stretched – your attitude should be in line with this – a growth mindset is needed plus next-level, multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service a must – 2 + years needed
  • Matric certificate a requirement
  • Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
