Job Description
Customer relations service duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints. Agents are also responding to complaints from the social media platform within agreed SLAs.
Qualifications
2 years customer service experience
Call Center experience
Excellent communication skills
Telephone Etiquette
