The Role
Career Box is currently recruiting
Customer Care
Representatives to support our international clients and provide a world class experience.
Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal
communication skills
.
You have working knowledge of customer service, telecommunications and Call centre
You pay strong
attention to detail
and deliver work that is of a high standard
You possess strong
analytical skills
and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
Requirements
Excellent spoken English Grade 11/ Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
Computer Literate and ability to speed type Ability to work rotational shifts/USA Hours
A Clear Criminal/Credit Record Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Experience (Retail/Hospitality/Contact Centre)
