Position: Customer Service & Sales Support Agent
Location: Paardevlei, Somerset West (On-site)
Salary: From R10,000 – R14,000month (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle incoming enquiries from clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Guide customers through our product offerings and help them find the best solution for their setup
Communicate order updates clearly and professionally
Use our internal CRM system to track orders and manage client communication
Work closely with our production and sales teams to coordinate fitments, deliveries, and updates
Troubleshoot basic technical questions and assist customers with confidence
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years experience in a customer service, sales, or support role
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (important)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
Technically minded (you don’t need to be a mechanic—but you should be able to grasp product details and speak the customer’s language)
Strong admin and computer skills
A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Bonus Points If You:
Have a personal interest in 4x4s, overlanding, or outdoor adventures
Have experience with CRM systems or order tracking software
