About the Role
Our client is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their healthcare support team. This role involves handling inbound queries, assisting customers with benefit-related questions, and ensuring efficient issue resolution. You will work within set guidelines, escalating complex cases when necessary, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Address inbound telephone, digital, or written inquiries professionally
Assist customers with benefit queries and service-related issues
Escalate unresolved cases while ensuring quick turnaround times
Maintain accurate records of all interactions
Work rotational shifts between 15:00 – 03:00 (Monday to Sunday), five days per week
Requirements
South African citizen
Matric (Grade 12) – Mandatory
At least 12 months’ call centre experience
Proficiency in MS Office and online navigation
Strong verbal and written Englishcommunication skills
Experience in telecommunications and soft skills training (advantageous)
