Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre

In this fast-paced role, you’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and social media—resolving queries, handling complaints, issuing e-vouchers, and coordinating courier services.
What you need:
Grade 12 (or NQF Level
4)
1–2 years’ customer service or call centre experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working across digital platforms and CRM systems
