🌟 What You'll Own

You'll become an integral part of the customer experience team, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported, informed, and valued.

You'll:

  • Respond to customer enquiries across digital support channels with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Guide customers through the energy switching process and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Troubleshoot account and switching-related queries to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and improve the knowledge base, help centre, and FAQ resources.
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
  • Support the onboarding and development of teammates by sharing best practices and knowledge.

✅ Confidence using computers and learning new digital systems quickly.

✅ Experience working remotely (preferred).
