Our client in the Automotive Industry, Northcliff, is looking for a Customer Experience Executive.

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 is essential

Customer facing certification or diploma

Leadership skills

Experience:

At least 2-years of experience in a customer interfacing role

Critical on the Job Skills Synopsis:

Able to work under Pressure

Excellent administrative abilities

Prior Industry related platform experience will be advantageous

Role

Description:

Provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.

To ensure optimal customer service to a client on completion of a sale for preparation of the car to be purchased and collected. Ensuring effective onsite customer service as well as after care service.

Accurate Evaluations of cars

Ensure proper vehicle inspections administered to identify if cars are worth keeping
