We are seeking a professional who is based in theDurban region, can travel regularly to various sites in and around KZN, and is flexible. Candidates must be technically inclined and passionate about creating customer success stories.

Jobpurpose:
Maintain and grow the company’s existing relationships with a portfolio of clients through buildingcollaborativerelationships, drivingcustomer retention&upsellingto existing customers so that clients continue to engage with Globaltrack in a sustainable and positive manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
Matric with tertiary degree/diploma, previous experience in Customer Service & proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Requirements:
– Ensure the smooth operation of our range of products across all customers in the KZN region.
– Conduct needs analysis, provide training, and upskill our clients.
– Understand each customer’s unique needs, how their business operates, and how our solutions can add value to their operations.
– Analyze customer queries and data to identify underlying trends and resolve issues promptly.
– Manage the relationship with the client/s at Junior, Mid, Senior, and Executive levels.
– Engage with in-house Software Developers and external customers to identify and meet current (business as usual) data needs.
– Travel from time to time as and when required.

Key skills:
– High computer literacy, understanding, and proficiency.
– Detailed data analysis and proficient in Excel.
– Excellentcommunicationand negotiation ability.
– Strongproblem-solving skillsand ability to close off.
– Ability to work independently.
– Knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
– Able to consistently work under pressure and meet deadlines.

– Display initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures, and discrepancies.
