Closettec is a family-owned custom closet and cabinetry company that has been serving New Jersey homeowners for over 37 years. We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home offices, mudrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, and built-in cabinetry.
All of our products are manufactured in-house at our Manalapan facility and professionally installed by our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service on every project.
We are currently seeking an experienced Custom Closet & Cabinet maker to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow design drawings and layouts
- Assemble cabinetry with a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship
- Perform adjustments and minor finish carpentry as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues in the shop
- Ensure all work meets Closettec quality standards
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 1–2 years of cabinetry, closet , finish carpentry, or related experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Professional attitude
Preferred
- Custom closet making experience
- Cabinet making experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Residential construction experience

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
