The purpose of the role is as follows:
To manage and enhance Custody product offerings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs. Drive revenue growth and maintain competitive positioning in the market.
Are you someone who can:
Engage in the development of Custody products and services in alignment with client requirements and market trends.
Conduct a thorough market analysis in market trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Develop comprehensive product material and documentation including product guides, and presentations for internal and external use.
Product training services and sessions to internal client servicing teams on custody products and services, maintaining awareness of regulatory changes and updates.
Provide product support to clients and internal teams, where required.
Collaborate with teams and individuals responsible for product placement/positioning to ensure alignment.
Process orders and settlement transactions originating from Client instructions.
Render expertise in the array of custody products and offer support to clients and internal teams where required.
Analyse market trends, develop training materials and liaise with key stakeholders in the provision of expertise.
Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence, or information, together with analysing trends and data.
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:
Matric; relevant degree / diploma advantageous
1+ years’ Bonds and Money Market Settlements experience
