Location: Springs
We are a licensed cannabis cultivation facility located in Desert Hot Springs, CA, seeking an experienced Cultivation Manager.
The ideal candidate will manage daily cultivation operations and lead a team, with experience in the legal and regulated cannabis market.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant care, including mother, clone, vegetative, flowering, and drying stages.
Supervise and participate in cultivation activities, task allocation, and quality control.
Hire, train, schedule, and review employees.
Maintain optimal environmental conditions across cultivation rooms.
Ensure proper plant nutrition, watering, and pest management.
Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and address conflicts.
Ensure compliance with Metrc data entry and other regulatory standards.
Lead projects and establish operational procedures.
Qualifications
Management experience supervising at least 5 employees.
Minimum of 3 years growing cannabis in a large-scale environment.
Experience with Metrc preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and technical literacy related to cultivation processes.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This full-time position requires open availability, physical fitness to perform essential duties, and adaptability to perform tasks outside the standard job description, including equipment maintenance.
