Title: CRM Specialist (Must come from Gambling/iGaming Industry)

Location: Bryanston, Gauteng, South Africa
Main purpose: Plan, launch, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns (e.g., welcome, reactivation, win-back, churn prevention) using customer data to improve retention, engagement, and customer value—while ensuring responsible gambling and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push/in-app).
- Build and manage customer segments and journeys.
- Monitor performance and report insights to improve results.
- Ensure campaign QA, suppression/contact rules, and documentation are correct.
- Maintain compliance with responsible gambling requirements and marketing consent/POPIA practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data/BI, Product, and Customer Support.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years CRM/lifecycle/retention marketing experience.
- Experience with CRM/campaign platforms (e.g., Braze, SFMC, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong segmentation and analytics skills; ability to turn data into improvements.
- SQL/reporting skills are a plus.
