Position: CRM Specialist – HubSpot (Senior – Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to lead the new implementation of Hub Spot CRM at the head office based in Port Elizabeth
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of Hub Spot CRM across multiple departments.
· Configure and customize modules such as pipelines, workflows, custom properties, lead scoring, automation, and permissions.
· Integrate Hub Spot with ERP, marketing platforms, and support systems using Boomi, APIs, and webhooks.
· Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to meet business intelligence needs.
· Ensure data integrity, migration, and governance across platforms; support GDPR and other compliance efforts.
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align CRM capabilities with strategic goals.
· Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and onboarding resources for Hub Spot users.
· Evaluate and roll out new Hub Spot features and modules to enhance system capabilities.
· Act as the technical SME and platform administrator for Hub Spot and liaise with Hub Spot support or third-party vendors as needed.
Requirements
· Grade 12
· Hub Spot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Operations Hub, Marketing Software).
· 5+ years of experience in CRM administration or implementation, including 3+ years with Hub Spot.
· Proven expertise in Hub Spot configuration, setup, and go-live processes.
· Strong experience in Hub Spot Workflows, Lists, Custom Properties, Dashboards, Reporting, Lead Scoring, Sequences, and User Management.
· Hands-on experience with Boomi is preferred.
· Solid understanding of sales, marketing automation, and customer success processes.
· Experience with data migration, deduplication, and CRM-related system architecture.
· Experience in B2B, logistics, or SaaS environments.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
· Knowledge of Hub Spot CMS and custom-coded workflow actions is a plus.
