Overview:

We're looking for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to take ownership of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle initiatives within a growing, fast-paced organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical CRM expertise with strategic thinking. You'll lead the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation platforms, develop customer journeys that improve engagement and retention, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop and execute automated customer journeys across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Create and optimise email nurture campaigns, workflows and triggered communications.
  • Build audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalised customer experiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, governance and best practices are maintained.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales and technology teams to deliver integrated customer experiences.
  • Support system integrations, data migrations and platform enhancements where required.
  • Act as the internal CRM expert, providing guidance, training and support to stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with emerging CRM, automation and AI trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM platform.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing automated customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing and email automation.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign data and using insights to improve performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM governance, data quality and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
