Full Job Description
ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Credits Administration Clerk.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The purpose of the Returns Administrator Clerk is to process all credits for the branch and assist with all the administrative work in a timely manner.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS:
Processes all repairs and returns in a timely manner
Produce credits and assist with all administrative requirements for Head Office
Assist with all reporting needed for the branch
Schedules, submits, and initiates customer returns in accordance with standard procedures
Records related data and customer policies during future reporting process
Education & Experience
Matric + some tertiary preferred
High competency level in MS Office applications
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
