Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Reconcile statements and resolve any account discrepancies or queries.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and authorized.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience experience in a creditors/accounts payable role.
