Job function:
Capturing of creditor invoices
Preparation of creditor reconciliations for filing
Working with the audit team to ensure that all accounts loaded for payment have been audited monthly
Electronic filing of invoices
Maintaining the creditors, audit and accounts mailbox
Cashbook
Bank reconciliations
Payment schedules
Reconciliation of credit cards
Loading payments onto online banking
Liaising with creditors
Monthly Journals
General audit work relating mainly to creditors
Assisting with the month end tasks
Any ad hoc duties assigned to you
Experience and knowledge required:
A B Com degree
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Highly analytical
Attention to detail
