Credit Controller – Medical Jobs in Bellville, Western Cape 7530 at Uphando Forensic Services
Credit Controller (Medical Industry) duties and responsibilities:
Develop and monitor credit control system in collaboration with the accounts team;
Maintain policies that follow best practices while ensuring patients and medical aids submit payments on time;
Check credit reports, follow up on outstanding payments and correct errors in a professional and timely manner;
Report any payment issues to management and the accounts team;.
Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement collections procedures as necessary; and
Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
The successful candidate must have:
Working experience with Medical billing;
Working experience with Medical Aids and Medical Aid processes;
Working experience in Medical Credit Control and bad debts;
Worked on Medical software packages;
Computer literacy;
ICD10 Code experience; and
WCA – Advantageous.
