Full Job Description
Outworx is looking for UK Credit Control/Collection Agents for a leading International UK campaign.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Town, CBD. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to provide support to the relevant department clients, to responsibly manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensuring timely collection of debts while maintaining positive customer relationships, in accordance with company procedures and complaint and regulatory requirements.
Completed and Passed Matric or NQF Level 4 required.
Valid South African ID
Experience in the UK collections/ sales industry
Strong communication skills and active listening skills are necessary
Quick thinker with strong ethics and ability to comply with UK regulations
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
UK Sales/Collections: 1 year + (Preferred)
Call Centre/ BPO: 1 year + (Required)
Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends
Experience in meeting revenue target will be advantageous
