Resolve credit issues and process challenges with payouts and other internal partners.
Escalate credit issues related to products, processes, or standards to management.
Apply learning experiences to optimize work processes.
Engage in activities for personal development.
Ensure customer service solutions align with operational business plans.
Develop and leverage cooperative relationships with credit risk stakeholders.
